Got to the salon and the shutters were down!I phoned and no one picked, I’m still yet to be contacted by them. Luckily I was saved by the salon round the corner Hair Razors, despite it being a busy Saturday they welcomed me.

Salon was in silence when having hair cut which was very awkward. Usually there would be some music playing.
Hair cut is good quality but not what I felt I asked for and a lot shorter than I asked for. So rather than having a nice salon experience I now have several months of feeling uncomfortable with how I look.
When finishing up I said I had already paid and there was some confusion. The hairdressers heard me say I’d paid £15 and she said it should be £30. But I had paid £50 on the app so feel like I’ve been overcharged for a below par experience and a hair cut I don’t like.
Also saw the hairdressers pulling hair out is a hairbrush before she used it on me.
Wouldn’t return.

I will definitely be returning to the salon it was a lovely relaxing atmosphere very pleased with my hair and Kells was absolutely amazing she really knows her stuff
