Staff and location were lovely bit I wish they paid a little more attention to the style I was after and how my hair sits. They'd never had me in before and went straight for a wet cut which due to my colouring us extremely difficult to blend. So once my hair dried and I got home the layers looked chopped and chunky rather than blending into each other.
It was otherwise a good experience, I just wish they'd payed a little more attention to how my hair works.
