Not pleasant. Will not be back. My fringe is uneven and to quote someone after 'it looks like you cut it yourself'-not confidence inspiring;The cloak kept falling off so I got covered in hair;After cutting my fringe i was left with a middle parting-I asked if they were going to leave it like that bc it looked silly, she said it would cost extra to wet and dry, before I could answer she had gone and returned to wet my hair, I had to re-clarify I wasnt paying extra and had to leave with wet hair.
