I had to wait for 25 minutes before I was seen which was slightly annoying, and they don't change the towel you lie on between clients so it was dirty from previous clients, but the therapist was lively and did a great job.

My wash and blow dry was great. The only issue I had that stopped me from giving it all 5 stars was how quickly the curl from the blow dry came out of my hair. It is fine and struggles to hold curl but would have benefited from a bit of product.

Again, Franco delivers a great job! I am so sad he now left to Manchester. He nailed my blow dry for my NYE party, it looked very red carpet as I asked. Will come back and try another hairdresser as Franco left. All the staff looks competent and friendly.
