The manicure felt rushed, the polish was applied unevenly, leaving it bulky. I asked for my nails to be cut/shaped to the same length, but she refused and only filed them, which was uncomfortable and painful. She applied three layers of polish, which made the finish thick and uneven. When I asked her to fix it, she said it would take too much time.The pedicure was slightly better, but she didn’t properly scrub the bottoms of my feet. I later found out she had only two weeks experience.

I had a great experience at Rinaez, all the girls were welcoming and Fozia was very knowledgeable and gave me great aftercare tips. I love my nails!
