The therapist was professional and delivered the treatment well; however, the salon’s hygiene standards were below expectation. The premises required a deeper clean, and the very small treatment room raised concerns about the cleanliness of towels and equipment. Despite the modern décor, the environment did not feel adequately maintained. This is difficult to anticipate when booking deals without viewing the venue in person, so I would not return.
