Warm welcome at reception. All staff friendly. I was offered a drink whilst I waited for my friend to have her treatment as we were having our massages with the same lady. Health check was carried out first and as I was having the aromatherapy full body massage I was given a choice of scents to choose from. I was drawn to one that was relaxing and calming. Exactly what I needed as I was going through a stressful time. Would thoroughly recommend going to Rinaez.
