It was so lovely. Jessica is lovely so was her colleague. They put you at ease they make you laugh and you can have a good down to earth chat. Jess is really knowledgeable about hair and was able to answer loads of my questions. Hair has never looked this good! Healthy and shiny. Thanks Jess - what a lovely human x

JJ was lovely and knew exactly what I wanted. She made me feel at ease and made sure I knew I could change up what I wanted if I wanted anything changed before leaving. Riffraff and the staff are always a pleasure to go too. Highly recommended xx
