It was so lovely. Jessica is lovely so was her colleague. They put you at ease they make you laugh and you can have a good down to earth chat. Jess is really knowledgeable about hair and was able to answer loads of my questions. Hair has never looked this good! Healthy and shiny. Thanks Jess - what a lovely human x
