The overall experience was extremely good! When I arrived, I asked for guidance on my hair and Jess gave me a lot of feedback on what could be done and she made sure I was 100% convinced with everything, which was really reassuring. She was extremely caring throughout the whole experience (from the wash and scalp massage, to the styling), making sure I was always comfortable. Plus, she also showed me tricks on how to style my new hair, listening to my needs. Loved it! Would 100% recommend!

A really lovely space and even lovelier staff.
The wash and cut were great. Jess did a great job and I felt like she listened to what I wanted and didn’t cut off more/less than expected. Will definitely be going back.
