Came here during the summer. Young gent did a good job of the hair he wanted me to have. I didn’t mind leaving my hair wet after the cut, but he wanted to blow dry it and curl- something I don’t usually go for. I think they were looking to take photos for their Facebook page. It took about 20ish minutes after the cut to do all this.
I had paid for a wet cut on the website. But after all the other styling bits, I was told to pay more money- I think another £10-12! For things I never asked for.
It’s a shame really. The staff were friendly but it really did seem disingenuous after being asked to pay more £££. I didn’t dispute it as to insult the gent who did it. It was their mistake so they should have picked up the pieces.
