I had the most delightful couple of hours in Riff Raff getting my hair and nails done. A real chance to completely switch off and have a chat and a giggle. Everyone was lovely and caring and they invest so much in making it a lovely experience and that you leave looking fab! Which I did! Thankyou all!! Looking forward to returning!!

Being greeted with a friendly smile and a warm hug is always a positive, oh and the offer of Tea or Coffee is just brilliant. Showing Jess what I would like through photos she knew exactly what I wanted and really made me feel at ease.
