Appointment booking was ok. The venue advertises student discount on certain services, however I was refused the student discount even after showing my NUS student ID. Apparently even as a student you have to pay full price if you booked via Treatwell. Sounds wrong to be refused advertised discount just because the booking was made in advance via Treatwell. The service itself was average,not the best eyebrow threading experience and definitely not worth the full price.

Went in there for an eyebrow tint and thread, I am now completely disheartened by the result. One eyebrow is ok but short, despite the fact that I asked for the ends to be left there for growth. The other eyebrows is looking very sad - the middle part (arch) is skinnier than BOTH extremities. Think that’s enough said.
Also, the tint was done after the thread which is very odd - surely your skin reacts badly to chemicals right after having the hairs removed?
RIP brows.
