Staff explained that they were running a bit late when I arrived, which was fine. When they were ready for me, I was shown to a small room and without saying a word to me, the therapist left again - wasn’t sure whether she expected me to get ready or when she would come back as she seemed busy. Did not feel very relaxed! But can’t complain about the quality of the wax for the price.

Grew out my eyebrows to get the same shape on both, but sadly didn’t happen after this visit. Eyebrow pencil to the rescue! Visit was when it was half price, so don’t think it’s worth the full price of £14. I would only pay £5 max after the visit, due to the location. Nice lady, but I used to get better service in my previous city for £3 threading.
