Unfortunately I was really disappointed with this place. The threading was extremely painful (and I've been getting threaded for nearly 5 years now so I know what to expect!) and the woman performing my treatment didn't wash her hands or sanitize before beginning. Also it's cash only unless you pay more than $31, and the atm outside charges a fee.

Awful!!
If I could rate my experience a zero I would!!
I booked a classic facial. Upon arriving in the room I noticed that everything was very run down and dingy, even the stool was being held together by duct tape. I asked the therapist to provide another headband as the one provided was caked in makeup. I then lay down and was given a ratty towel to cover myself.
Throughout the facial, the lights remained on and were incredibly bright (I was busted asked to close my eyes), you could hear the ladies outside speaking and on the phone - not a relaxing atmosphere!! Every time my therapist moved there was a clatter or a bang which made you jump.
The therapist had no idea what she was doing and did not even evaluate my skin before starting, when I mentioned that the towel she was wiping my face with was very rough and uncomfortable it was clear she did not speak very good English and she responded “3 cleanses”.
I left more stressed then when I went in and with my face stinging because of how rough the whole ordeal was!
Horrific would be a better description for this experience.

Love them here. Been going for so long and I always feel comfortable and leave happy. Waxing is painful no matter what but they always make me feel comfortable
