It was my first time getting my eyebrows tinted and first time doing threading and the staff at Riddhis was just fantastic, she took the time to walk me through the steps and reassured me. The final result, my eyebrows were a bit too dark for me and she spent some time wiping off the tint until I was happy with it. Really good customer service and very professional work. Couldn’t recommend it more!

I usually have great waxes at Riddhis and always give 5* but am on the way back from having a hollywood wax by someone new who was clearly completely inexperienced. The wax has scalded my skin and she didn’t seem to understand English when I told her it was burning me. She then did not apply the wax properly and slowly ripped the hairs off me to the point where I was almost in tears with pain and had to push her off. I have waxes all the time and can take pain but this was unacceptable.
