I had to wait 30minutes although I had taken an appointment. The lady at the reception was not friendly at all although the beauty therapist was lovely and did a good job.

Staff are friendly and professional as always. Great waxing experience. Eyebrows a bit thinner than usually done and a little uneven - more care could be taken to make sure they look a bit more similar but I’ll be able to fix this for makeup until they grow out again
