I was happy to get a treatment on short notice, however the place is really not in a good shape and rather dirty. Especially for something as intimate as a Hollywood waxing I'd expect a very clean venue. Also, they did not use any disinfectant and the procedure was quite messy with wax all over the place. The lady who treated me was very nice though (however, I had to ask her twice to correct the waxing and remove left over hair).
