My eyebrows were threaded very well, the shape was great. I can’t deny the treatment was great. However, the receptionist was so incredibly moody I felt uncomfortable being there. No smile, no customer service. I felt like she was looking down at me for giving her work to do. Great shame

Didn't like this place very much. First of all, it was very clean. Secondly, I had my wax in front of the waiting customers which was odd because I've only ever had them in private. And thirdly, the woman managed to get wax in the front of my hair (which I've had to brush out) and she got some on my knee! The staff were lovely and my eyebrows do look nice but I didn't feel very comfortable and won't be going here again.
