Very disappointed with my eyebrow threading experience. I have been trying to grow my eyebrows out and explained this to the beautician, emphasising that I only wanted my eyebrows to be tidied up and that I wanted the thickness and length to be maintained as much as possible. Instead, the beautician took off half my eyebrows thickness and left one side noticeably shorter than the other. When I expressed this to her afterwards, she was pretty defensive, which is disappointing as a customer.
