Really disappointed with my Hollywood wax this time. I've been to this salon a few times to get the same thing done with no complaints. It's not the most glam venue but staff are friendly and get the job done quickly. However, this time I was left with so much hair that it can hardly be called a Hollywood wax, I don't know how she wouldn't have seen that. In addition a lot of the hair snapped rather than being waxed and so now I'm just left with stubble which I have to wait another couple of weeks to grow before I have to pay for another wax. not great.
