This is the third time I've been to the place and I have previously had a great experience. Unfortunately I had a terrible therapist whose threading technique was absurd, and she took out more skin than hair. She blamed it on my hair being thick; I've been threading my eyebrows since forever and haven't come across a technique like hers. Has put me off from the place, what a shame.

I’ve been to this salon previously and the wax was good, but today the service was terrible - when I came in the manager told me to take a seat, I waited over 10 minutes and went to ask how long it would be but she had disappeared, I waited 15 more minutes and called out but no one appeared. Eventually a therapist came out and said they were running behind, but unfortunately I had to go back to work. Really disappointed in the customer service today, I don’t think I’ll be back.
