when I walked in i wasn't greeted by the people working there and the place looked a bit run down and not very clean but the massage itself was good even though the lady spoke no english.

I have been using the salon for years and I’ve never had any issues but my therapist rushed through this appointment (I had booked a Hollywood hot wax, full legs and underarm). Strip wax went absolutely everywhere - all over the floor, the bed, me, her hair and my hair - it was a nightmare. She completely covered my leg in wax from top to bottom and then stripped it all off at once rather than doing sections which was painful. Also kept asking what the time was! Lots of missed hairs as well.
