I went on time to the venue and no one was there. I waited for 5 minutes and also heard movements from a room next to the desk. I waited another 10 minutes (10.15am) just in case. However, I did knock on the door since nothing ever happened - no reaction.... the phone also rang twice but no one picked. Then at 10.30am another girl came to be treated and I told her what I had experienced, suddenly a lady ran out of the room. No proper apologies, could not care less-attitude. Never booking again!
