The therapist made my brows visibly uneven. I asked for a tidy and for the brows not to be touched and I got the opposite. I had been growing my brows back for 6 months and she took chunks out of one of my brow at right angles. I’m gutted.
When I told her I was unhappy she said “I didn’t touch your brow line”. Give this place the swerve.

The lady that waxed me was good. Really nice personality and did a good job. I would return to her but the receptionist/eyebrow lady had an attitude and basically dismissed me when I asked her if I could have my eyebrows done
