My nails chipped within a few days, the place was not clean, I booked for a shellac manicure and there was no clean up or filing of my nails just the varnish put on, I also got french tip and it isn’t even straight and none of the nails match.

The salon was eerily quiet, and the calming music should have been turned up to fill the silence. The wash station is opposite the main door & faces the window, which makes it feel exposed. The head massage during the wash was lovely. The stylist listened to the length of cut I wanted; however, aside from a few hair-related questions, she didn’t engage with me at all. The blow-dry felt rushed & didn’t style my hair as expected. Overall, I didn’t feel it was value for money.

I had janki, she was really good I fell asleep! She was firm as i wanted alittle firmness with my Swedish massage.
