I was a little nervous as it was my first time going there...But, OMG!!! It was the most painless wax I have ever received and quick too, I could not believe my luck!! Preeti was very pleasant and we had a nice chat and giggles as she did the treatment which made it very light-hearted and helped me to relax. Definitely going back!!

I’ve been here many times but unfortunately the wax was far too hot and scolded and despite me writhing in pain nothing was done to cool it, leaving me with damaged skin. Really disappointing as I’ve had great experiences in the past!
