Was a little disappointing. I have been twice here before and this therapist wasn’t same standard. The wax wasn’t thorough, took a lot longer and it seemed she wasn’t as experienced as I was having to move into positions to help her rather than have her tell me. Finally, each of the 3 times I have visited, I have been charged different amount. I used a treatwell offer first time (£37), was rebooked via treatwell to get same price offer but was charged £45, last visit I was charged £50 in 3months

I had the worst experience ever the massage the therapist gave was not a massage she was poking me.i told her to stop but she carried on,the towel they used was so dirty & I left my gold necklace it had 2rings on which cost me alot & it was sentimental they said they don’t have it & done nothing about it, also when I called they said the room has not been cleaned after I have left how disgusting is that. I spoke to the manager she was really rude and had a lot of attitude. Not even an apology
