To clarify, I did not book an aromatherapy massage (as mistakenly mentioned above), I booked a deep neck, back and shoulders massage. This massage was not “deep” at all- it was more like a relaxing massage, which was not what I paid for! I asked the therapist 3 times to book more pressure and she did not.. the worst part is that he studio was extremely cold. In particular, there was no heating at all in the massage room. The experience was quite unpleasant. I would not recommend it.

Another great wax. Relatively pain free + Fatima was very kind + reassuring. I'm very pleased with how thorough a job she did. The only negative I have is that she was slightly too thorough as I had booked in for a Brazilian and ended up with a Hollywood 😳. It was partly my fault as I wasn't paying attention but will make sure to double check with them next time before they start 🤣. Even in spite of that, overall a great wax. I recommend and will return again!
