Payal was friendly and checked my temperature and made me sanitise. Then started with my facial, was really soothing and comfortable. Especially loved the nice face massage and the hair oil massage. The entire experience was really relaxing and Covid safe. I would definitely recommend Payal for a nice facial or a massage
