The salon has zero atmosphere... I went into a side room and was on a bed with no towel covering me at all during the massage. The massage itself started okay but I had such an aggressive head massage at the end that it left me feeling less than relaxed...

The therapist (forgot to ask her name!) was so lovely, she is very good in what she is doing, in the sense that she was very quick and her technique was perfect, although I have had hot wax after half a year of using razor, I had the least pain possible, thanks to her skills, she made everything so easy and quick. I am looking forward to my next hot waxing, which will be even less painful :)
