The experience was extremely disappointing. Throughout the treatment you could hear as clear as day a young child (who belonged to one of the therapists) crying, laughing and shouting! Not what you want when having a massage. Also the therapist needs to turn her phone off or leave it on the reception desk as the three messages that were received within the treatment room were also distracting. I told them I wasn’t overly happy and they apologised. I wouldn’t go back - not that clean either.

The appt didn't happen. I was asked to reschedule an hour before the appt was due to take place. Initially, I thought I could do another time, but then something personal came up so I couldn't make it. When I asked for a refund I was asked to contact Treatwell. By some coincidence, I had another appt with a masseuse that day that was also cancelled. The masseuse was far more helpful and organised the refund for me - which Riddhi didn't do.
