I've been coming for years and my this was the the first I'd had a wax from this therapist. Lovely lady. Made me feel calm and was such a sweetheart. Really calming energy.

Please be aware they don't perform the extraction and don't usethe steam.
They use a spatula which removes dead skin but not certainly the black and white heads or, at least, not mine.
I had to do another facial one week after elsewhere.
Not pleased with this type of facial.

Came here to get my eyebrows threaded as it's where my work colleague gets hers done. Really pleased with the service. Ayushi really listened to what I wanted, which was really important to me as I've had bad experiences at other venues in the past. Will definitely come back.
