I got there and they told me I had to wait an hour so I obviously left without any threading because I wasn’t going to sit and do nothing for an hour. I then passed somewhere else to get them done and another customer told me that they weren’t great so am happy I wasn’t able to in the end!

Appointment was an hour late as my timeslot was triple booked and the receptionist managed the situation poorly as they did not provide a realistic timeframe to each client on when they could attend their appointment so we were all told to wait another 10 minutes when realistically it was a minimum of 30 for each booking. I felt bad for the therapist because she was booked back to back and the treatment itself was rushed.

When I arrived the receptionist was eating snacks and she left some on the clipboard she gave me to sign the form. My therapist went outside for a cigarette and then was 5 mins late for my appointment because she was smoking. Place wasn’t looked after at all.
