It was marketed as a Hydrafacial. For about ten seconds the hydro machine was used and even after the facial I still had blocked pores in those areas. This was not a hydrafacial following the companies usual training.

Super disappointed with the LVL lash lift I received here which is sad as the staff were nice. The technician did not take my previous mascara off properly, and hadn't noticed I had any on until I asked her whether she should remove it. She did so, but when I told her there was still a lot left, she told me it was fine. The lash lift didn't work, and now a few days later my lashes are completely back to normal. I've done this treatment many times and it's never been this ineffective.

Riddhis is my go to for threading and hydrafacials. They're reasonable and the staff is very experienced and sweet. I wouldn't go anywhere else in London and highly recommend them.
