The wax wasn’t great as there was still lots of hair. Before I noticed this, I paid to get my next appointment to get a cheaper rate (£25) when I cancelled they send the email to say it was cancelled but they have not refunded me the money- it’s been over 1 month and they don’t answer emails or calls!
