I had an amazing experience with my laser hair removal treatment! From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. My therapist was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They explained the entire process in detail, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the treatment.
The procedure was much more comfortable than I expected, and my therapist constantly checked to make sure I was okay.

Unfortunately, I was given no aftercare instructions or told the process. Also my technicians hands smelt of food which made me think they were not washed before dealing with my eyes. Quite a bad experience.
