The worst treatment I’ve had.
It’s a shame because the staff seemed lovely and the hydra facial I had there was good but this back scrub was awful.
I was in a cold pitiful room, even the beautician wore her coat.
Also strange that she performed the scrub using one hand and the other to use the torch on her phone because she had switched the light off.
I kindly asked her to switch it on if it meant her doing the treatment properly. All very basic and unprofessional, a waste of money.
