Unfortunately this treatment left me with some bruising (faded after 72h) and was quite painful at points. The therapist acknowledged my discomfort but didn’t offer to turn down the strength of the suction which was a problem for me and could have stopped the bruising. The treatment also started late and there was no one on reception when I arrived. It felt understaffed and not a relaxing or enjoyable experience. Perhaps I was unlucky! Wanted to enjoy this more than I did.
