I have to write a review because I chose this salon over others because of the reviews I read. It was my first time having a procedure done on my face, so I was a bit nervous and worried about secondary effects. The whole experience was perfect. My therapist was super reassuring and explained everything in detail before we started. She was also charming. We had a nice conversation all along. I recommend the salon greatly.

I'm not satisfied with the treatment offered, I wanted a hydrafacial but they don't have the equipment for this service, it was like a manual massage, I paid for a different service than what I wanted

Arrived late to my appointment due to train delays and called ahead. The receptionist was very patient and understanding. On arrival, I filled a small form and was taken straight into the facial. I’ve never had a hydrating facial before so had a pleasant experience. Kushi also took before and after pictures and explained what she was doing through the entire process. The threading was great too. My face is looking so brighter, cleaner and radiant! I will be coming back! Thanks Riddhis!!
