I booked a deep cleansing facial and was upsold the hydro facial, I asked if there was extraction ( that’s why I need the deep cleansing one) and confirmed all facials have extraction. No steam, only a little extraction around noise, disappointing a I still need a facial as still congested and paid almost £70. Face massage was nice

I find the venue relaxing , the staff friendly and professional. I have been going to riddahs for 2 yrs now . The facial always makes me feel great so tried something new in addition to facial . Looking forward to going next year
