This was not the nail technician I had booked. I had 2 treatments - nail pedicure and nail shellac. The pedicure was good, but no top coat on my nails so not shiny and did that myself at home. The shellac was the worst I’ve ever had. The technician said I had to have them pointed, I wanted them square and yet the finished result was all jagged. The colour needed to be mixed and I had to have 3 coats to get the desired effect. The colour did not reach the cuticles, very disappointing.
