It was the worst experience ever dye to the dirty atmosphere as well as the workers’ poor experience to deal with customers, as the lady who supposed to do my hair was with extremely rude behaviour & impolite & after shouting & raising her voice I asked for another worker who kept apologising & tried to make it up,..I would not even rate it with 1 star!

wasn't offered refreshments but another customer got offered. temperature of water was either too hot or cold. treatment was ok however lacked customer service.

Tanvi was great she did my haircut, asked me if theres pictured i want to show her how i want it. Because i wear hijab i found awkward that the windows were completely see through .
