It was the most painful and uncomfortable waxing session I have ever had, it hurt immensely, the wax was too hot and the professional was certainly not experienced. I wasn't seen to on time and not even offered a reimbursement despite my complaint.

I had an hydrafacial but it wasnt a hydrafacial at all. I have done many before and it wasnt not the right way to do it at this saloon. Very disappointed. The staff was very nice and polite but unfortunately its not enough competent.
