I was a bit confused with the treatment I booked/received. I had originally booked a classic manicure under the gel category. Then the ladies at the venue said my booking was just for a non-gel manicure. The manicure itself was good but only lasted for a few days sadly. I think the sections on the booking system need to be a bit more clear.

The facial was good but the room was very noisy and I opened my eyes after the facial to a phone in my face taking a photo apparently “for their files” which I afterwards asked them to delete. The facial was 50 mins not 60.

Excellent, relaxing facial! She was friendly and welcoming, but quickly gauged I am not a chatty type - She was very respectful of this, and kept conversation limited to the facial, which was deeply appreciated!
I left feeling cleansed and relaxed!
