This centre has been so helpful for me. I have been in a lot of pain and stress, and feel lighter after a massage yesterday. The knowledge experience and skills of each one of the therapists is immense. The care which they use and attention to detail and wide range of practices of skills have made the sessions very holistic and appropriate for my body. I have a lot of trust in the practitioners and am very grateful
