Staff were pleasant and efficient but unfortunately I don't think my lashes were properly lifted. The "inner" half of my lashes looked like they hadn't been curled properly, so ultimately not really worth the trip.

Maya was great but I can only give 3 stars as I didn’t get the full treatment. I paid £62.50 for a hydrafacial with LED and dermaplaning and didn’t get the LED because the electricity went out half way through the treatment so I was left in the dark with a sheet mask on for 10-15 min instead of getting the LED treatment. I’m reasonable and I understand this is out of their control, but when I asked for a discount as I didn’t get the full treatment for what I was paying for, they said no.
