Janki was very nice and kind, she applied the color well to the root, which I appreciated. However, the rest of the experience was disappointing: my hair was not rinsed properly, leaving it itchy and requiring re-washing. She also combed from the roots instead of the ends, which could damage the hair, and leave the hair damp after the service. Even though I didn't pay for the styling, a little blow drying would have been considered Nice person, but not very professional. Ps:a little dirty place
