Unhygienic and unprofessional underground and very cramped and hot salon. The procedure, though less painful than strip wax was incomplete and messy and I'm still suffering from painful ingrown hairs. Furthermore, it was still painful as the wax was applied unprofessionally, and to top it off, I was told to keep quiet when I yelped, because there were other customers outside.

This is a great little place and so convenient. It's pretty hot as its underground but huge fans keep things airy. I was seen to quickly and the treatment was excellent, very thorough and what I'd been looking for.

The waxing was of a v high quality, they used good wax and everything. However, I had a manicure which unfortunately didn't go well (The lady apologised and said it was due to the specific colour I chose). The staff did apologise and offered me a voucher to come back.
