This is the most grim salon have ever been. Firstly when I got my Gel nails done, the selection of colours was slim to none so I settled on a peachy colour. The finish was horrific and I was so angry with myself for not saying anything. On my way out I got a removal for £5 so I thought how bad can they be at removing it? Has to be as easy as 1,2,3... WRONG. I have just come home from having the removal and I am horrified. Instead of using a removal solution the very unprofessional 'beautician' just used an electronic file instead and destroyed my nails in the process! The salon decor is mank, it smells stale and damp and the staff are beyond unprofessional! I 100% recommend paying the extra few pounds and heading else where. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy!

I got 50% off my eyebrow threading so it was only £5 (which is cheap for London). Staff were professional and polite. It was a bit odd that the salon was in the basement of a newsagent, but once you were down there you couldn't tell that there was a newsagent above you. The salon was well decorated and light. I did have to ring the salon to open the door though as the newsagent was closed. The actual threading was done to high standard and they made sure I was 100% happy with the outcome before I left.

I moved to London recently and have used Riddhi's for hot wax treatments. The staff are incredibly friendly, their hot wax treatment makes the ordeal (almost) painless, and their discounts for booking appointments in advance are fantastic! Great location for those working in the city, and also for those living East.
The location is a bit weird it is under a tuck shop. I have to wait for 15 mins before being led to the room, knowing the beautician who supposed to do the massage for me was still serving other customer. The room is dark and small and i can see marks in the towel. There is no hook for you to hang your clothes and i have to put them on top of some machine which is dusty. The massage itself is okay. The massage is definitely not 60 mins. It starts 15 mins late and ended after 45 mins. The beautician left the room without telling me that the massage was finished, leaving me wonder if i ends.
